Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. With multiple item orders, shipping may be inaccurate and will be adjusted after the order is placed. This is to accommodate more than one item in a box, such as with the Resin and Epoxy orders. However, final shipping costs will be adjusted to reflect the exact shipping cost from UPS before your credit card is charged. This way you are not under or over charged for shipping. If you are not sure if shipping is correct or have questions regarding shipping, just call or e-mail and we will verify or quote shipping charges before you place your order.
